On June 23, at the critical juncture of the Beijing epidemic prevention and control, the Municipal Working Committee restarted the organ cadres sinking work mechanism. The rallying sounded, BAST acted fast, and in just 2 hours quickly set up a sinking task force of 20 cadres and workers and then rushed to the nucleic acid testing site in Xi Luoyuan Street, Feng Tai District. In the next day, they actively engaging in the fight against the epidemic in the front line, showing the responsibility and accountability of BAST.

Maintaining order, counting personnel, explaining patiently, tipping over and over again..., the sinking cadres of Beijing Association for Science and Technology armed to the teeth under the scorching sun, guiding the people being tested from the door to the registration desk and then to the collection desk, from holding out in the heat of the day to the storms of the night. Over and over again, the clothes in the protective suits are all wet, masks in the bridge of the noses left a red mark. In the testing process, the sinking cadres always adhere to the rigorous scientific, solid and hard working style, constantly optimizing the convergence process, adjusting the guide routes to make on-site testing more efficiently and orderly. After 10 hours of uninterrupted efforts every day on 24th and 25th, the sinking cadres successfully completed all testing work of the testing site in Feng Tai District Xi Luoyuan Street. The first battle has won and the sinking cadres are about to move on to the next "battlefield".
