Beijing Science Festival is a large-scale and comprehensive science popularization event held in the third week of September every year for marking the National Science Popularization Day. Guided by the government, coordinated and participated by the public, the event features international, digital and inclusive presentations, delivering exhibitions, interactive experience, forums and online activities etc. It mobilizes the whole society to join and serves as a platform for people to learn, experience and feel the glamour of science. The event has been successfully hosted for eleven years since 2011, attracting science institutions from more than 30 countries and regions to demonstrate their interactive exhibits and driving the widespread progress of science activities for the public in Beijing.
