Introduction:

It has been successfully held twice since 2021, and has become an exchange and cooperation platform for fostering the development of new digital industries, stimulating the potential of social digital consumption, opening up a new situation of international exchange and cooperation, showcasing new achievements in the construction of benchmark cities, creating a digital-empowered new development engine, and activating new momentum of digital consumption growth. It fully demonstrates Beijing's practice of Digital China, and promotes the construction of an open and win-win international cooperation pattern in the digital field.

With the theme of "Data-driven Development, Intelligence-led Future", this year's conference invited Singapore as the first chief guest state of the conference, bringing together government, industry, academia, research, application and integration to jointly promote the construction of a global digital economy benchmark city.

This year's conference will invite international cities such as Singapore to jointly launch the Global Digital Economy Partnership City Cooperation Initiative with Beijing. The main forum will invite domestic and foreign experts and academicians and enterprise representatives to deliver speeches and reports, publish the White Paper on Global Digital Economy, and hold the Summit Dialogue on International Cooperation in Digital Economy, and create a global wind vane for policy formulation, technology frontier, industry trend and application paradigm in the field of digital economy.
