Introduction:

The 2024 Global Digital Economy Conference (GDEC) is on track with its preparations, slated for July 2 to 5 at the China National Convention Center.

Themed "Opening up a New Era of Digital Intelligence and Sharing a New Digital Future", the 2024 GDEC will consist of one opening ceremony, one main forum, six high-level forums, three special events, multiple thematic forums, and related activities. Meanwhile, an organizing mechanism combining the activities for the main part of GDEC and the annual regular activities around the globe will be established on a trial basis, to make GDEC an all-year-round event contributing to industrial development and investment attraction while driving consumption. This year's GDEC is also expected to facilitate the establishment of cooperative ties between digital economy cities around the globe to bring about fruitful achievements.
