Responsibilities:

·Lead the research on international group standard systems in the fields of hydrogen, fuel cell and fuel cell vehicles
·Analyze standard needs and evaluate the effects of application and implementation
·Participate in the research on related group standard policies and research
·Apply, organize and manage related policy projects
·Engage in international exchanges and cooperation, promote the establishment of an international platform for standards

Responsibilities:
·Carry out research on existing policies and development of the industry and compile industry reports
·Build a hydrogen industry development forecasting model to make predictions based on different development conditions
·Carry out investigation and research on a specialised field and compile research reports
·Establish industry and analysis database to provide industry and development recommendations
·Carry out other tasks as may be assigned

Position 3：
Posting Title: Senior Consultant

Responsibilities:
·Carry out research on the development of new energy industries, including hydrogen and fuel cell development
·Extend connections with major enterprises
·Collect industry information and data resources
·Develop channels to explore new consultancy projects
Work Experience：
Experience in new energy, transportation, finance and other related fields is required.
A minimum of ten years of experience in government sectors or international enterprises.
Experience in international organizations is an advantage.
Position 4：
Posting Title: Chief of Department
Department/Office: Industry and Standards Research Department
Duty Station: Beijing
Responsibilities:
·Responsible for industrial research and related work
·Develop industrial standards and related work plans
·Plan, organize, direct and coordinate the implementation of the projects of the Department
·Content planning and resource coordination for large-scale activities, conferences and forums
·Carry out staff management and performance appraisal to ensure that the regulations and rules of the Association are complied with
·Liaise with other all parties to ensure coordination across departments
·Liaise with external resources to promote project cooperation
·Support the work of national ministers and Association leaders
·Achieve annual business indicators
