Recently, the 4th 2026 Smart Archives Technology Conference was held in the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (BDA, also known as Beijing E-Town). At the event, Dangdang (Beijing) Digital Technology Co., Ltd., an enterprise based in Beijing E-Town, launched a new electronic accounting archives system. The company jointly established the Dangan OPC Community Strategic Cooperation Alliance with institutions including the Beijing Archives Society, and exhibited at the concurrent 4th 2026 Smart Archives Technology Expo. It fully demonstrated its comprehensive strengths in the archives technology sector, covering technological research and development, ecological construction and scenario-based implementation.
As a national high-tech enterprise and a specialised, refined, distinctive and innovative enterprise, Dangan.cn focuses on full-process archives management services. It provides integrated one-stop solutions, including digital processing, archives storage, confidential destruction, software development, vocational training, metaverse application and the construction of digital archives. The enterprise independently develops core products such as the comprehensive archives management platform and electronic accounting archives system. It holds more than 10 patents and over 50 software copyrights, leads and participates in the formulation of 3 national standards, and undertakes 7 scientific and technological projects at the national and municipal levels.
The newly released electronic accounting archives system complies with national requirements for digital transformation. It features four core functions, including intelligent collection, standardised archiving, secure storage and efficient application. The system realises automatic collection and full-process standardized management of invoices, vouchers and account books, meets the requirements of the electronic single-copy archiving model, and effectively helps enterprises reduce costs, improve efficiency and achieve compliant archives storage. Supported by artificial intelligence and blockchain technologies, the system conducts four-property inspection, tamper-proof storage and cross-system data sharing, fully adapting to the digital development needs of government agencies and state-owned enterprises.
The Dangan OPC Community Strategic Cooperation Alliance, jointly initiated by Dangan.cn and the Beijing Archives Society, was officially inaugurated on site. Built upon the "artificial intelligence plus archives" technology framework, the alliance expands in-depth into core fields such as government affairs, finance and taxation, and industrial services. It aims to gather comprehensive resources from government authorities, academic institutions, industrial parks, professional talents, capital markets and technological sectors, build an open and win-win intelligent industry ecosystem, and facilitate the digital transformation and upgrading of individual innovators and small and medium-sized enterprises. The alliance will continuously innovate and enrich multi-dimensional service scenarios and business application models, integrating artificial intelligence and archives management.
Li Kuitao, Chairman of Dangan.cn, stated: "In the next step, we will rapidly integrate the alliance's technological achievements into the electronic accounting archives system, archival robots and the integrated OPC intelligent management and control solution. We will realise system interconnection, equipment linkage and trusted data interaction, and promote the full market launch of relevant products after the expo, so as to deliver one-stop, full-scenario and high-security digital and intelligent services to customers."
At the concurrent 4th Smart Archives Technology Expo, Dangan.cn focused on displaying full-scenario robotic solutions for the archives industry, covering the full life cycle of archives management, including access and storage, intelligent inventory, digital processing, warehouse inspection and safety supervision. Targeting common industry pain points such as high labour costs, low inventory efficiency, high risks of misplacement and missing files, and cumbersome digital processing procedures in traditional archives management, the enterprise's intelligent robots are capable of autonomous navigation, precise grasping, automatic identification and batch processing. Such capabilities greatly improve the efficiency and standardisation of archives management, delivering prominent application value for archives, government organs, public institutions and enterprises of all types.
Li Kuitao added that as the core hub for high-end, sophisticated and cutting-edge industries in the capital, Beijing E-Town has fostered a superior ecological environment for the development of robotics, artificial intelligence and digital industries. The enterprise will continue to take root in this innovation-driven region, aligning with the development blueprint of Beijing E-Town as a "city of comprehensive artificial intelligence". Driven by innovation and guided by market demands, it will advance the digital, intelligent and intensive upgrading of archives management, and contribute greater technological strength to the development of the digital economy and the high-quality progress of the archives sector.
