Beijing Lvfa Zhongke Lithium-ion Capacitor Technology Co., Ltd. exhibited and promoted its high-power all-carbon lithium-ion capacitor with a service life of one million cycles. "As a new-generation high-performance hybrid power energy storage device, this product boasts a cycle life of over one million times and adopts a wide-temperature-range design to operate steadily from -40℃ to 65℃, maintaining stable performance in cold winters in northern China and hot summers in southern regions," introduced on-site staff. Featuring core advantages of efficient energy storage, stable output, and maintenance-free operation, the product is widely applicable to power grid frequency regulation, rail transit, industrial equipment, new energy supporting facilities, and other fields, providing reliable solutions for various power-type energy storage demands.
The world's pioneering ultra-large aperture full-body spiral standing CT, independently developed by SinoVision Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., adopts a disruptive standing scanning mode. It enables patients to complete head-to-toe spiral scanning in a natural standing posture without lying down, truly reflecting the stress-bearing status of bones and organs under load conditions. With an ultra-large aperture of 1 meter, an ultra-thin and light body of 62 centimeters, and a height of 2.65 meters, the device is compatible with conventional CT examination rooms and breaks the clinical blind area of traditional horizontal CT scanners. It has demonstrated remarkable clinical value and research potential in orthopedics, gynecology, respiratory medicine, and other disciplines.
PanGen, a computational lithography platform launched by Dongfang Jingyuan Electron Co., Ltd., serves as the intelligent brain for chip manufacturing and helps improve the yield rate of advanced process nodes as an independently developed domestic computational lithography tool. The Discrete Industry Business Group of HollySys Group displayed the first domestic functional safety programmable logic controller certified by TÜV Rheinland. Compliant with international functional safety standards, including ISO 13849、IEC 61508, and IEC 62061, it reaches the highest safety level of SIL 3, Cat. 4 /PL e, filling the domestic gap in the field of mechanical safety programmable logic controllers.
In addition, a number of first-set products made a joint appearance, including the 8K/4K broadcast-grade camera system from UHDCAM, the high-precision 3D radar scanner and intelligent material management system from Rettar, and the world's first hand-eye-brain integrated interventional surgical robot from Beijing WeMed Medical Technology Co., Ltd. These achievements reflect Beijing E-Town's systematic layout and solid strength in the localization of key equipment.
Six Products Make Debut and First Exhibition
Six products were unveiled for the first time at the event, covering cutting-edge tracks such as medical technology, computing power infrastructure and semiconductor testing.
In the field of medical technology, LinaTech (Beijing) TF Medical Science and Technology Co., Ltd. launched the VenusSK Robotic Precision Scar Therapy Device, its first cross-border product. "Adopting superficial X-ray radiotherapy technology, it features a steep dose drop, uniform energy distribution, and narrow beam penumbra compared with traditional electron beam therapy. It is non-invasive and painless with excellent aesthetic treatment effects, making it particularly suitable for patients seeking non-invasive therapy," according to on-site staff.
In terms of computing power infrastructure, Beijing Taichuyuanxin Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd. publicly showcased its TecoClaw All-in-One AI Server T1008 for the first time. As a privatized AI agent computing infrastructure tailored for enterprise users, the TecoClaw All-in-One Server is built based on the full-stack localized adaptation solution of the Airport Intelligent Computing Center in Henan Province. It realizes full-link localization from instruction set to IP core, focusing on data security, throughput efficiency and deployment complexity, and aims to solve two major pain points for enterprises in the agent era, namely insufficient reasoning computing power and data security compliance risks. "What we display at this High-tech Expo is the flagship hardware model of TecoClaw All-in-One Server, the T1008," introduced on-site staff. "Equipped with eight self-developed T100 AI acceleration cards, it delivers high performance, high reliability and high bandwidth. It can meet diverse scenario demands including large model training, fine-tuning and reasoning as well as small model training, and is applicable to AI applications and high-performance computing in the internet, finance, energy, government and enterprise sectors."
SuperCloud Digital Technology Group Co., Ltd. brought two debut products to the exhibition. Among them, SuperCloud's self-developed new-generation artificial intelligence immersion liquid cooling server R8428 I13 is built on the platform of Intel 4th and 5th Generation Xeon Scalable Processors. Its size is reduced from 6U to 4U with a weight lowered to 47 kilograms. Air cooling components such as fans and air ducts are eliminated, cutting single-unit power consumption by 2,000 watts and lowering the GPU core temperature by 10 degrees Celsius. It is mainly applied to AI training, high-performance computing, image and video processing and other business scenarios in industries including the internet, finance, telecom operators and cloud vendors. "While improving computing power, energy consumption and costs are reduced simultaneously," said an official of SuperCloud. "A single unit can save more than 17,000 yuan in electricity fees annually, and the annual savings of five units are enough to purchase two high-end GPU cards, offering a performance-and-cost balanced option for the green upgrading of data centers."
Concentrated Display of Future Cutting-edge Technologies
Furthermore, a batch of forward-looking technological achievements for future development were showcased collectively at the pavilion.
In the field of quantum technology, HuYi BoAo (Beijing) Quantum Technology Co., Ltd. displayed an integrated ion trap and a low-temperature ion trap core device equipped with integrated ion trap quantum chips. The self-developed integrated ion trap features integral molding, which effectively eliminates dislocation caused by temperature changes. It is especially suitable for generating potential fields to trap large-scale two-dimensional ion arrays and realizing stable trapping of over one thousand quantum bits. Through the low-temperature ion trap core device loaded with integrated ion trap quantum chips, the company can precisely control the precision electrodes on quantum chips via D-SUB interfaces, so as to accurately regulate the ion trapping potential field and achieve stable trapping of hundreds of quantum bits.
The commercial aerospace sector also attracted wide attention. Rocket models, including ZQ-2, ZQ-3, and CERES-1 interpret the pioneering aerospace pursuit.
As the new-generation main heavy-lift reusable model of LandSpace Technology Co., Ltd., ZQ-3 is China's first large-scale liquid launch vehicle with a stainless steel rocket body supporting vertical recovery and reuse. It provides launch solutions featuring heavy payload, low cost, and high frequency with fully independent and controllable core technologies. In June last year, the ground ignition test of the nine-engine parallel first-stage power system of ZQ-3 achieved success, marking the largest and most automated nine-engine parallel ground hot test in China at that time. The test fully covered the rocket-ground measurement and launch process, truly realizing the integration of flight simulation and ground testing. In December the same year, the maiden orbital launch of the reusable prototype ZQ-3 launch vehicle was completed successfully. It achieved the first orbital flight of a domestically developed reusable liquid oxygen methane launch vehicle with an innovative overall layout and realized the integrated application of the nine-engine parallel liquid oxygen methane power system for the first time.
It is particularly noteworthy that alongside product exhibitions, the Beijing E-Town booth simultaneously held the High-tech Expo Enterprise Promotion Event and the 2026 "E-Town Enterprises Win Together" Special Session. The event attracted more than ten investment and financing institutions for on-site docking, with multiple cooperation intentions reached on the spot. Meanwhile, the "Join Hands for a Shared Future · Explorer Passport" stamp-collecting interactive activity was launched at the pavilion, allowing visitors to collect stamps at each booth, get close to technological innovations, embrace future development, and listen to the innovation stories of Beijing E-Town.
From the concentrated debut of first-set products and innovative breakthroughs of premiere exhibition projects, to the systematic layout of future cutting-edge technologies, as well as simultaneous investment and financing docking and innovative interactive experiences, Beijing E-Town demonstrates strong momentum and solid strength as the core hub for high-end sophisticated industries of the capital city through abundant innovative achievements, a vibrant industrial ecosystem, and a clear industrial development path. In recent years, Beijing E-Town has continuously promoted the in-depth integration of scientific and technological innovation and industrial innovation.
