On May 22, a delegation of entrepreneurs, led by the 48 Group Club from the United Kingdom, met over 60 representatives from state-owned enterprises (including central state-owned enterprises), private companies, and other organizations in China at the Cloud Living Room of Lize Financial Business District, Fengtai District, Beijing for a high-level dialogue on promoting cooperation in the fields of AI-powered healthcare, energy, and TechFin.
Officials of Fengtai highlighted the district's investment advantages in terms of location, transportation, industrial space, and foreign investment and cooperation opportunities. Notable efforts include the release of the "Twelve Measures to Improve Fengtai's Business Environment", the establishment of the Beijing Fengtai RCEP Investment Promotion Service Center, and facilitation services such as the "one-stop service window for foreign enterprises" and the "green channel cards for government services", all aimed at improving the local business environment and providing full lifecycle support for companies.
During the dialogue, British companies, including London Export Corporation and Alexander Myerson & Co., Ltd., presented their key projects in green energy and TechFin. Companies with branches in Fengtai, such as China Galaxy Securities and Huadian Overseas Investment Co., Ltd., also shared their international business experiences and feedback on business services. Notably, the representatives of the City of London, which is home to numerous financial institutions including banks, stock exchanges, and gold markets, conducted in-depth discussions with the representatives of Lize Financial Business District about building financial cities, business service systems, and key industrial projects, and expressed the interest in strengthening mutual visits and cooperation in the future.
